No. While therapy often explores clinical diagnosis and a sponsor connects you with a fellowship, a recovery coach helps you set vision, goals, and action steps, based on your recovery journey. Coaches do not diagnose or treat addiction.

Yes, you don’t need to be fully sober to start. Coaching can support you at many stages of your recovery journey — even early on.

Relapse can be part of the recovery journey. Les works with clients to build resilience, create relapse plans, and navigate setbacks with compassion and accountability.

Life Coaching & Personal Growth

Life coaching focuses on setting and achieving personal or professional goals, building habits, and creating meaningful change. Recovery coaching is more specifically focused on maintaining long-term recovery and wellness.

Yes. Sessions can be done via Zoom, making coaching accessible from anywhere.

Life Coaching & Personal Growth
